Pillar® ONCO/Reveal™ BRCA1 & BRCA2 Somatic Panel

The ONCO/Reveal BRCA1 & BRCA2 Somatic Panel is specifically designed with shorter amplicons to detect mutations in FFPE samples. The assay sequences the entire coding region of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes plus 10bp of flanking introns. Pillar also offers a panel optimized for germline BRCA1 & BRCA2 mutation detection. Both panels use proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp®) technology for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
