Pillar® ONCO/Reveal™ BRCA1 & BRCA2 Panel
The ONCO/Reveal BRCA1 & BRCA2 Panel is a robust NGS assay to sequence the entire coding regions of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes plus 20bp of flanking introns. The assay uses proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp®) technology, a tiled amplicon-based library prep chemistry for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
Panel highlights
Full BRCA1 and BRCA2 CDS plus flanking sequences
As little as 5ng input DNA
From sample to library in as little as 5 hours (2hrs hands on)
up to >98% coverage uniformity at 0.2x mean coverage
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Excellent coverage uniformity and high predictive agreement
The ONCO/Reveal BRCA1 & BRCA2 Panel demonstrated excellent coverage uniformity across 39 cell lines and reference standards, as shown in the graph below. The panel was also reported to show high positive predictive agreement (PPA) and negative predictive agreement (NPA)*.
