Pillar® INHERIT/Reveal™ CFTR Panel
The INHERIT/Reveal CFTR Panel covers the entire CDS of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene and can multiplex up to 384 samples on a MiSeq with 2×250 PE reads. The panel uses proprietary Stem-Loop Inhibition-Mediated amplification (SLIMamp®) technology for efficient single-tube target enrichment.
