Product Manager

Natick, MA

Full-time

Support Pillar’s growth by joining our product management team to oversee a growing product portfolio. The Product Manager will take ownership of Pillar’s global custom panel portfolio and a portion of Pillar’s standard NGS panel portfolio, lead strategic development of future initiatives, and be the interface between R&D and the commercial operation. The position will provide significant input into product-related business decisions and resource planning along with playing a critical role in key initiatives, often leading project teams. The Product Manager will report to the Sr. Product Manager.

Molecular Technologist

Natick, MA

Full-time

Perform tasks supporting Quality Control activities in a highly regulated environment and in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This position is conducted both in a standard lab and office environment. Must be able to perform work while sitting or standing for long periods of time. Position may require repetitive movements. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs.

Director/Senior Director of Operations 

 

The Director of Operations will oversee Company operational activities and provide strategic leadership to maximizing the manufacturing process efficiency and to project and meet financial and schedule goals. This role will report directly to the COO and will provide day-to-day leadership and management to the Operations organization that mirrors the values and mission of Pillar and will provide critical insights to the strategy of the company.
