Lung & Colon Cancer Hotspot Panel

The ONCO/REVEAL Lung and Colon Cancer Hotspot Panel is a targeted assay to key hotspot mutations relevant to both lung and colon cancer types. Targeting a total of 1800 hotspots across 22 genes, the Lung and Colon Panel requires as little as 2.5 ng of input DNA. Targets are based on data across consortia and organizations such as the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP), the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), and Catalog Of Somatic Mutations In Cancer (COSMIC) database, in addition to ongoing clinical trials.

Benefits:

  • Compatible with genomic DNA, FFPE and ctDNA
  • Single pool workflow for enhanced sensitivity
  • Coverage uniformity 100% within .15x of the mean
  • Detect down to 1% allele frequency
